IQF frozen apricots (Prunus armeniaca) grown in the orchards of the Ukrainian Carpathian region and processed at peak ripeness, when the fruit reaches its full aroma and deep orange colour. We work with firm, freestone varieties whose flesh holds its shape through freezing and processing — important for buyers who need clean, intact halves rather than mush. Individually quick-frozen, the fruit stays loose and free-flowing for precise dosing and controlled thawing. Depending on your line, apricots are supplied halved and pitted or diced to specification. All fruit is washed, sorted, cleaned and free of foreign matter, ready for direct industrial use. Typical applications: bakery and pastry (tarts, danishes, fillings), jams, preserves and fruit spreads, purées and compotes, baby food, yoghurt and dairy, juices, nectars and desserts. IQF freezing preserves the natural colour, aroma and carotenoids that give apricots their characteristic orange hue. Sourcing is fully traceable from orchard to finished pallet, and processing follows HACCP standards; organic-certified lots are available on request.
